Delivery
(a) You acknowledge that the Goods offered by Lessis Collective integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of Australian Post, standard or express with tracking (the ' Delivery Service Providers').
(b) In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Lessis Collective asks that you contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
(c) Should you cancel your order at any point during the waiting period, you will not to be entitled to any refund of any delivery fees.
(d) You agree that we incur significant costs in preparing and coordinating the delivery of your Goods, including shipping logistics, so that payment of the shipping fee is non-refundable if you cancel your order.
(e) You acknowledge that the Delivery fee is fair and reasonable estimate of the actual cost we have incurred or may incur in storage, transporting, remarketing, redelivery, and reselling the Goods, costs which are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine.
(f) We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we do not guarantee firm delivery dates or times and you agree that it is impracticable to do so.
(g) We make no warranties that the products you order are immediately available for delivery.
(h) You acknowledge in order for us to source or procure the product you have ordered, we may work with other partners including distributors, retailers, intermediaries, shipping and delivery companies of our own choosing and we may assign part of, or the whole of our obligations to our partners.
(i) Our only obligation to you is to provide you with the product you have ordered
(j) We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date or time, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, interest, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
